Technology doesn’t just enable your program, it defines it. That means integrating technology into your evaluation process early. But given the rapid changes in technology how do you engage with new entrants in the marketplace? How do you evaluate the benefits of their solutions and the impact it will have on your program? And how does duty of care factor into these decisions and integrations? It doesn’t make sense to integrate new solutions as one offs - you need a carefully crafted process for evaluation prioritization and implementation.
