THE CHALLENGE

SePRO Corporation is a research-based life sciences company focused on the specialty chemical and pharmaceutical Industries. SePRO is recognized as an industry leader in providing technical services to customers who operate in specialty niche markets, such as aquatics, greenhouse and nursery, professional turf and pharmaceutical (operating as ParaPRO, LLC).

SePRO required a robust travel platform for their small but frequent team of travelers. They needed a tool that was easy to use, provided customized cost controls and didn't increase unnecessary administrative workload.

SePRO employees were generally using consumer sites to search and book flights and had tried some different travel service platforms that didn't increase efficiency or were difficult to use – not an ideal situation for a corporate travel program.

“Our Travelers were comparing airfare on multiple sites before finding the one they wanted,” said White. “Now they can see all of the fares on one screen and book the entire trip without leaving the platform. It's a huge time saver”
