Customers of Uniglobe Travel will now get a modern, customizable travel solution that offers end-to-end self-booking for travelers on desktop and mobile devices, thanks to the reseller agreement between Deem and Uniglobe.
With Etta, Deem’s business travel software platform, Uniglobe Travel can now offer a business travel platform that’s compatible with a wide variety of corporate expense systems. Combined with an intuitive user interface and functionality to help guide travelers through the app, Etta makes it easy for Uniglobe to give fast-growing start-ups and enterprises of all sizes access to a powerful corporate travel platform.
“The ability to offer the redemption of unused tickets in an online booking tool and mobile app as well as the ability to book or request an Uber are two examples of what we mean by a complete, end-to-end, frictionless booking experience,” said Michael Hicks, EVP sales and client success, Uniglobe Travel Partners-ATL.
“Our travel management software, Etta, was created to offer the critical functions businesses need, including SSO and flexibility to integrate with most expense solutions, said Kathy Karlesses, vice president of mid/large markets and channel sales, Deem. “Etta gives Uniglobe a path to improve corporate travel with a technology solution that’s powerful for businesses and intuitive and easy for travelers.”
Uniglobe Travel is a network of independently owned agencies with locations in more than 60 countries. As clients become more interested in an online booking tool that works with their existing expense systems, Uniglobe
looks to Deem to provide a corporate travel platform that offers flexibility and seamless digital experiences.
“Deem checked all the boxes that our customers were looking for in an OBT,” said Elizabeth Blount McCormick, President of Uniglobe Travel Designers, a Black, woman-owned TMC based in Columbus, Ohio. “Their Etta platform is an easy-to-use tool that has endless integrations with expense, SSO, and HR technologies. We recognize that today’s travelers want a sleek, modern booking app where they do not have to give up specific functionalities by booking with a TMC.”
