Before 2020, corporate travel innovations were enabling travelers to be more informed and safe throughout their journeys. Then the pandemic hit, forcing many companies to focus more on survival mode. Retaining talent and finding new breakthroughs are difficult enough, especially when you need to manage costs and conserve cash. But with a traveler-first approach, you can help your team get the job done in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Join us for “A Q & A with Doug and David” as we sit down with Doug Anderson, former CEO, American Express Global Business Travel, and David Grace, President, Deem, to explore how an omnichannel approach helps employees with:
• Real-time updates with relevant info delivered to their smart devices
• 24/7 support to improve employee comfort and reduce the stress of travel
• Personalized experiences to increase program adoption and control costs
