A key element of digital transformation is understanding the impact of technology on your travelers behavior and satisfaction. One of the greatest benefits to having a digitally transformed program is the wealth of insights you gain – where are your travelers traveling, what devices are they using, how much are they spending (and saving), and what challenges are they facing? With these insights you can create a personalized and contextual experience, one that allows your travelers to manage their travel with confidence and ease, wherever they are in the world. This session will explore how a digitally transformed travel program can help you:
● Design a personalized experience for your travelers
● Curate valuable and actionable insights
● Drive travel program value
